I have not received an order confirmation email.

Order confirmations can sometimes disappear into Junk mail folders so please check yours first. If you have still not received your confirmation, please drop us a note at info@londonessenceco.com we'll get one resent to you.

How long should my order take to arrive?

Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

How can I check where my parcel is?

You will receive a follow-on email after the order confirmation containing a tracking number for your order (please check your junk mail folder if you can't find it). You will then need to head to https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace to track your parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

If you let us know within an hour of placing your order that you’d like to cancel it, we’ll be happy to do so. After this, unfortunately we won't be able to. We are also unfortunately not able to receive returns.

My order has arrived damaged – what should I do?

If possible, please refuse the order if it appears to be damaged on arrival. The delivery company will return it to us.
If your order is damaged and you have accepted it, please take some photographs and send them along with your order number to info@londonessenceco.com

My order is wrong – what should I do?

Please get in contact with us and confirm your order number, what you ordered and what you have received. Please include photographs of your delivery and we’ll take it from there.

What will happen to my order if I am not in to receive it?

Parcel Force will attempt to deliver up to 3 times to your shipping address so we would recommend you keep an eye on your tracking details to see the progress of your parcel. If you are not in to accept on any of these occasions the parcel will then be returned to the warehouse. If this occurs, please get in contact with us and we will look into it.
